This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and the control you have over it. Health data is treated as sensitive personal data at every step.
01What we collect
Contact details you submit, health information you share with your coach, lab reports you upload, program progress data, and standard analytics such as pages viewed and device type.
02Why we collect it
To deliver coaching, personalise your plan, process payments, provide support and improve the service. We do not sell personal data, and we never sell health data under any circumstances.
03Who can see your health data
Your assigned coach, the clinical reviewer for your program, and the engineers maintaining the systems that store it under a confidentiality obligation. Nobody else.
04Retention
Active client records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus 36 months, in line with clinical record-keeping norms. You may request earlier deletion.
05Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data by writing to our support address. We respond within 30 days.
06Cookies
We use essential cookies for site function and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can decline non-essential cookies from the banner without losing site functionality.
07Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-limited, and access to health records is logged and audited.
